Shipping & Delivery Costs
For orders of €100 or less, a delivery fee of €4.99 plus vat will be added to the total amount. This fee covers the cost of shipping and handling your items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.Larger / bulkier items and some ranges may have higher delivery charges.
Shipping & Delivery Times
The majority of our products will be delivered within 1-2 business days if ordered before 5.00pm. Some product ranges have longer estimated delivery times.
Where Do You Deliver?
We deliver throughout the island of Ireland. All deliveries must be signed for. Delivery is between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays). When delivering to schools the courier will consider school closing times. We do not deliver to PO boxes.
Remote Islands
A limited number of remote Islands off the Irish coast are subject to additional delivery charges. Our customer service team will inform you immediately if this applies to your order. We will only continue to process your order after your approval.
Delivery Shortages & Damaged Goods
Before signing for your goods please carefully check your order for any potential shortages or damages. Ensure that the contents of your delivery match the items listed on the delivery note/packing slip. We occasionally have to ship parts of your order separately so your full order might not always arrive at once. If the missing item isn’t listed on the delivery note, it is being processed and will arrive separately.
Should you discover that there is something missing from your order or that a part of your order has been damaged, please report this to us within 48 hours and our customer service team will assist you in resolving the issue. Claims for shortages must be supported by the carrier’s proof of delivery note on which the goods have been signed for as short.
More Information On Delivery of Bulky Items, Furniture and Upstairs Deliveries
For heavy items including many security safes, filing cabinets, and lockers, additional delivery charges may apply. This depends on the weight of the item and ease of access to the delivery location. There may be additional charges if two delivery people are required instead of one, if there are steps leading into the building or if delivery is to an upstairs floor. When you buy a bulky item we will contact you and ask you for some basic access information.
Our couriers will deliver to the stated address on the order. Insurance covers our couriers to deliver products to the curbside only. Please note that furniture items are delivered flat-packed and require self-assembly.
